Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, billing, accounts payable, payroll and scheduling
Improve employee and client retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts
Help Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise
Order supplies and equipment as needed
andle office interactions with outside visitors. This includes greeting and directing guests, answering phone inquiries, and handling requests or complaints in a professional manner.
Coordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings, distribute reports and keep all parties informed of general business operations.
Operate and maintain office machinery, including copiers, fax machines and printers.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Meet deadlines and achieve production goals set by Scheduler.
Coordinates with the Scheduler to prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
Set up and troubleshoot machinery.
Ensure that all personnel policies and department procedures are followed. Issue employee warnings and deliver performance reviews.
Train and coach employees to improve their effectiveness.

 

Requirements

Minimum 3 years supervisory experience of 3 or more employees
Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must pass Drug and Background screening
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must have a good prior work history
